Returns in Packiyo are fast, simple, and efficient.

Starting a Return

1. To start a return, click the Orders menu item:

2. In the Orders/Manage screen, click the order number:

3. In the upper-right corner of the order screen, select Return Order:

4. In the dialog:
1) Select the number of items to be returned.
2) Enter a return Reason.

3) Check this if customer has their own label. Otherwise, Packiyo prints a label.

Then click Complete:

5. The Ship to: info displays at the top. Choose a Return Shipping method
and click Complete:

  • An orange banner displays when you've successfully initiated a return:

  • The Returned column displays 1 returned item:

Check List of Returns

To check on your list of returns:

  • Click Returns in the left panel:

  • And view your entire list of returns. Note that you can toggle columns
    (like Status) for a different focus:

Tip:
You can access the Return status dashboard by entering
"return_status" after the forward slash in your URL
(see graphics below).
