Overview
If your order status is Ready to Pick and Ready to Pack, but it's not showing in your mobile picking app, here are some things to look for...
Navigate to the Orders page to check Pending Orders:
Click Edit Columns to ensure "Ready to Ship" and "Ready to Pick" are visible:
Filter by (1) clicking the funnel icon, then (2) selecting Pending, Yes, and Yes:
And the orders to be fulfilled are displayed. Note they're all Ready to Ship and Ready to Pick:
Tip:
"Ready to ship" means the items are somewhere in the warehouse, while "ready to pick" means the items are in locations that can be easily reached by a picker.
Is the order locked by a user?
If the order is still not showing up in the picking app, it might be locked by a user. Click on an order to check for locked orders.
Note:
An order can be "locked" when someone starts a picking batch but doesn't finish it. The order remains locked in that batch and won't be available for others to pick.
Click Remove lock to make the order available again (this takes the order out of the unfinished picking batch so someone else can pick it).
If it's still not working, check the batch
Click Reports -> Picking Batch to display all batches ready to be picked:
If removing the lock doesn't work, you might need to clear the entire picking batch. This will reset all the orders in that batch, even if some items were already picked
Click Clear batch:
Click Yes to clear the batch:
Is the order already in a tote?
Tip:
Check for Already Picked Orders: Another reason an order might not show up is if it has already been picked. Check the order history to see if the items are in a picking tote. If they are, the order won't appear in a new picking batch.
Scroll down the Order Items page to view Order Totes:
Click an Order Tote name:
Note that you can click the column headings to sort:
If the items are in a tote but need to be picked again, you can clear the tote items. This will remove the items from the tote and make the order available for picking again.
Click Clear Tote Items.
Verify Availability
Finally, make sure the order is not in a tote, not in someone else's picking batch, and is in a pickable location. If all these conditions are met, the order should now be ready to be picked.
