Print Labels & Documents
Overview
Packiyo provides a dedicated app that makes it easy to instantly print shipping labels, barcodes and documents.
Once your orders are picked and packed, you will want shipping labels to print automatically. The printing app is required to automatically print your shipping labels from Packiyo.
What You Need
The Packiyo print app can run on several operating systems. Please use one of the following links to download for your computer.

1. Download the Print Listener app by clicking the appropriate link above
2. Install the Print Listener app
3. Enter your login credentials
Tenant Name: Found in your Packiyo URL. For example, if your Packiyo URL is "superbrand.packiyo.com", you'd enter superbrand as your tenant name.
User Login: Packiyo user account & password
Note: Each of your pack station devices will require this setup.
What Happens Next:
Once successfully logged in, the print listener will run in the background, listen for any print jobs, and send those print jobs to the printer specified in your account settings.
Note: The same user will need to be logged into both the Packiyo Web App and the print listener at the same time at each pack station during packing.
