You can use this feature if you hold the Administrator role on a standalone customer account or a 3PL parent account. Child-account users and non-admin members still can't open these pages. Packiyo super admins keep their full access.
You see only the channels and apps of the customers you have access to. The Order Channels entry in the sidebar and the Connectors tabs appear automatically once you have the Administrator role. Users on a 3PL's client accounts don't have access to these pages.
Open the Order Channels or Apps page from the main navigation (plug icon). You'll see your existing connections, and you can open any one to reach its details page. To access: https://<client-subdomain>.app.packiyo.com/order_channels or click on the plug icon in the lower left corner:

Trigger syncs. From a channel or app's details page you can run:
Fix webhooks. If a webhook is missing or misbehaving, you can recreate all webhooks, remove a channel webhook, or create and remove Packiyo webhooks yourself instead of opening a support request.
Adjust the order channel configuration. This includes the "Enable inventory sync for new products" and "Enable lot tracking for new products" toggles, which remain available to you.
Turn a channel or app on or off. Use this to pause a connection and resume it later.
REMINDER: Switching a channel or app off pauses it. Switch it back on when you are ready to resume. So make sure to turn back on to keep all the wheels turning! You won't see a date field. Every date-based sync (orders, products, purchase orders, and shipments on order channels; returns and purchase orders on Apps) automatically starts from the beginning of yesterday in your own timezone. If you need a sync from a specific earlier date, that's a super-admin action, so contact Packiyo.
TIP: If a sync is rejected, don't keep clicking. The earlier sync is probably still running, so wait a minute. Each full sync, and the inventory sync, can run at most once per minute per channel or app.
If you get a rejection, wait a minute and try again. The earlier sync is likely already running.
The limit applies per action. An orders sync followed by a products sync on the same channel is fine, but two orders syncs within a minute are not. Rejected clicks are not recorded in the activity log, and Packiyo super admins are not limited.
TIP: To retry one order, product, return, or purchase order, use a single-item sync. It has no once-per-minute limit. These remain super-admin only and are hidden from your view:
If you need a new channel connected or credentials updated, contact Packiyo.
At the bottom of each channel or app's details page there's an activity log. It records every action on that connection, with who did it and when, including actions by Packiyo super admins. It captures:
This is useful when something looks off. For example, if orders stopped flowing, you can check whether the channel was switched off, a webhook was changed, or a sync ran, and see who did it. It also gives you an audit trail across your team's admins.
The log appears at the bottom of the details page, and anyone who can view the channel or app can see it. Changes to a connection's settings are recorded as well as actions. If your account uses the newer Connectors page, your actions are still logged, but the log table isn't shown there yet.
Access token values are never stored in the activity log, and you can't view or change the token yourself.Apps follow the same rules as Order Channels, card for card. The date-based syncs on Apps are returns and purchase orders, and they start from the beginning of yesterday in your timezone. The once-per-minute limit applies per app and per action. The Manage Schedulers card is hidden on Apps too.
| Likely reason | What to do |
|---|---|---|
A sync is rejected | The same sync ran on that channel or app in the last minute, by you or a colleague | Wait one minute and check the activity log |
You can't open Order Channels or Apps | You aren't the top-level Administrator of a standalone customer or 3PL parent | Ask your account's top-level administrator, or contact Packiyo |
No date field on a sync | Your syncs always start from the beginning of yesterday in your timezone | Contact Packiyo for a sync from an earlier date |
Orders stopped arriving | The channel may be switched off, or a webhook may have changed | Check the activity log, switch the channel back on, or recreate webhooks |
