Connecting WIX to Packiyo

Overview

Packiyo directly connects with WIX using the WIX API, allowing orders and inventory information to pass between your WIX store and Packiyo.

What You Need

  1. Site ID
  2. API Key

Obtain Required Connection Details in WIX

Find Your Site ID
You can find your Site ID in the URL of your site's dashboard in your browser (after '/dashboard/').

Generate API Key
  1. Go to API Keys in Account Settings
  2. Click Generate API Key
  3. Enter a name under Key Details
  4. Under All Site Permissions, select:
    1. WIX Stores
    2. WIX eCommerce
  5. Click Generate Key
  6. Follow the verification prompts 
  7. Store the API Key securely
Connect WIX to Packiyo
Share the required connection details with the Packiyo Support team (support@packiyo.com)
    1. Child account (for 3PLs):
    2. Site ID:
    3. API Key: 
The support team will then finalize your WIX store connection in Packiyo. Once the connection is established successfully, products and orders start syncing into Packiyo automatically.
Notes
If you'd like inventory levels in Packiyo to sync back to your WIX store, please reach out to the Packiyo support team once inventory has been fully added for the store's products. We'll enable the setting on our end and confirm once it's complete.
