Connecting WooCommerce to Packiyo
Overview
Packiyo directly connects with WooCommerce using the WooCommerce API, allowing orders and inventory information to pass between your WooCommerce store and Packiyo.
What You Need
- Store URL
- Consumer Key
- Consumer Secret
You'll need Admin access and user permissions to generate API Keys
Obtain Required Connection Details in WooCommerce
Find Your Store URL
- Log in to your WordPress Admin Dashboard
- Select Settings from the sidebar menu, then select General.
- Locate the Site Address (URL) field and copy the URL displayed.
- Example: https://yourstore.com
Generate API Keys
- In the WordPress Admin Dashboard, click WooCommerce > Settings
- Go to the Advanced tab and click REST API
- Click Add Key
- Fill in the required fields:
- Description: Add a label for the key (e.g., Packiyo Integration)
- User: Select the appropriate user with permissions
- Permissions: Choose Read/Write to allow full access
- Click Generate API Key
- Copy the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret, and store them securely
Connect WooCommerce to Packiyo
- Child account (for 3PLs):

- Consumer Key:
- Consumer Secret:
The support team will then finalize your WooCommerce store connection in Packiyo. Once the connection is established successfully, products and orders start syncing into Packiyo automatically.
If you'd like inventory levels in Packiyo to sync back to your WooCommerce store, please reach out to the Packiyo support team once inventory has been fully added for the store's products. We'll enable the setting on our end and confirm once it's complete.
