Connect Your Passport Shipping Account
Overview
Packiyo integrates with Passport Shipping to support international shipments thorugh a simple connection process.
What You Need
- Your Passport API Key
If you don't already have your API Key, email solutions.eng@passportshipping.com to request it.
Connecting Passport in Packiyo
- Navigate to the Settings icon ⚙️
- Select Shipping Carriers
- Click Add Carrier
- Select Passport Shipping & click Next
- Enter your API Token
- Leave the Production Environment checkbox unchecked
- Click Create
For 3PLs: Postage providers are typically added at the 3PL (parent) level
Verify Connection
Once your Passport Shipping account is successfully connected to Packiyo, you can verify it from the Shipping Carriers page:
- Navigate to the Settings icon ⚙️
- Select Shipping Carriers
You will see your connected carriers listed with their integrations, and the available shipping services for each carrier will be ready to use in Packiyo.
