Connect Your Passport Account

Passport provides a comprehensive solution for shipping international orders. Here's how to connect to your Packiyo account.

What You Need

To connect your Passport account directly to Packiyo, you will need the your Passport API Key.

If you don't already have it, email solutions.eng@passportshipping.com and ask for your API Key. More information on Passport API can be found here.

Adding Passport in Packiyo

Once you have this information, follow these steps to add Passport as a shipping option in Packiyo.

Step 1: View Shipping Carriers

Using the dashboard, click on the Settings icon (arrow below), located on the bottom left of the screen and click Shipping Carriers:

Step 2: Add Carriers

Once the carriers page has loaded, click on the Add Carrier button:

Step 3: Select Passport

You should now see a modal with available carriers. Select Passport Shipping and click the Next button:

Step 4: Enter Passport API Key

This is the final step! Enter the Passport API Key, check the Production environment checkbox and click the Create button:

Connection Successful

Assuming the information entered was correct, Packiyo will connect to Passport and your account will show available Passport shipping options.
